Yeah, I’m using a Barnett guitar support.
I also stretch several times a day to try to alleviate some of that discomfort. I honestly might try picking up yoga and see if that helps any. Someone else recomended specifically working on my back muscles whenever I exercise. I think I’m going to try that too.

I ordered my Lucio Nunez back in December, and he finished it for me as early as May! I only had to wait five months for this awesome guitar to be made, and it just could not sound, feel, or look any better!

I’m currently working on Sor 7, Villa-Lobos Etude 1, and I just started learning Suite Venezolana by Antonio Lauro.
My goal is to get the suite sounding good enough to play on my sophomore recital next semester.
Lately I’ve been putting a lot of practice in, so of course my back is starting to ache a bunch.
